Presentation - Hauterive's Farm

History of the farm:

Hauterive's site was used since the Merovingians' age. During Middle Age, it hosted a monastery.

The site has been owned by the Tissot-Hennes family for more than two centuries. It has been exploited by the same family of farmers for three generations. Indeed, Patrick Bouchet's grandparents started exploiting this farm in 1946.

Hauterive today:

In 2010, the farm's activity has been converted to the production of natural products. Since then, Martine and Patrick Bouchet have developed production of fruits et vegetables destined to be collected in the farm.

In 2011, a modern laboratory has been built inside the barn in order to process poultry (ducks and chickens) internally, hence allowing to directly sell ready-to-cook chickens, duck confit, duck foie gras and every other duck-issued products.

Hens, chickens and ducks of Hauterive's farm are raised almost free and are exclusively fed with the farm's products, free of pesticides or any other chemical products.

Hence, all products sold at Hauterive's farm have entirely been produced on site and traditionally, which allows to their consumers to rediscover the natural flavors of the past, and for a few, childhood memories.
