December 5th 2020 - Hauterive Farm's tasting!
It's Christmas before Christmas! Our traditional Christmas tasting will take place this Saturday, December 5th, in the presence of Charles Varin from Domaine Morin, winegrower in Vongnes (01350), and of the Petit Savoyard Bio and their herbal tea candies!


October 25th 2020 - Return of the ducks!
Finally, winter is coming and our duck-based products are available again!
For foie gras, please make sure to order in advance so that we can ensure to satisfy all demands.

History of the farm:

Hauterive's site was used since the Merovingians' age. During Middle Age, it hosted a monastery.

The site has been owned by the Tissot-Hennes family for more than two centuries. It has been exploited by the same family of farmers for three generations. Indeed, Patrick Bouchet's grandparents started exploiting this farm in 1946.


Hauterive today:

In 2010, the farm's activity has been converted to the production of natural products. Since then, Martine and Patrick Bouchet have developed production of fruits et vegetables destined to be collected in the farm.

In 2011, a modern laboratory has been built inside the barn in order to process poultry (ducks and chickens) internally, hence allowing to directly sell ready-to-cook chickens, duck confit, duck foie gras and every other duck-issued products.

Hens, chickens and ducks of Hauterive's farm are raised almost free and are exclusively fed with the farm's products, free of pesticides or any other chemical products.

Hence, all products sold at Hauterive's farm have entirely been produced on site and traditionally, which allows to their consumers to rediscover the natural flavors of the past, and for a few, childhood memories.
